We recently bought a new home and I wanted to have all doors rekeyed. I called Jim to set up the appointment and he arrived as scheduled. There are 4 doors each having three locks. He rekeyed all of them. He pointed out that one door did not have a stop and would bang a window if opened quickly. He installed a floor door stop to prevent any damage. He communicated what he was doing and gave suggestions that made sense. He did a great job!

Broken lock set repaired.
Jim repaired a broken lock set on our front door. Called about 8:00 AM and Jim answered and arranged to be at our house by about 2:00. Called about 11:30 AM to see if he could arrive earlier than planned. Arrived at about noon and had the lock fixed by about 1:30. He had to run out to get some longer screws to fix the problem. By repairing the lock set he saved us money by not have to buy a complete new set. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Jim for any locksmith jobs.
