We had several locks that were broken and ultimately were not able to be repaired, so we decided on all new locks and re-keyed all the doors. While this was a bigger job than I initially anticipated, I am extremely happy with the results. Jim showed us various locks/handles and explained the differences. Jim was professional, prompt and provided a quality service. He also worked around our schedule and completed all the work with one trip on a Saturday. I would use him again for future needs. He also did a great job of cleaning up after the work was completed!
