We were thrilled to find someone who could accommodate an appointment on Saturday morning at no extra charge and Jim showed up a few minutes early. After walking the property and confirming the services to be performed and options, he got right to work. He had everything wrapped up in about an hour. He insisted on cleaning up after himself, where he drilled for the new deadbolt, even though it was essentially a construction zone and I insisted I could get it with the shop vac after he left.

We were completely satisfied with the work and would absolutely use his services again in the future.
